Shipping & Lead Time
ATP Max systems are shipped fully insured, carefully packaged, and tracked end-to-end for complete peace of mind. For in-stock models, lead time is typically 2–3 business days within the United States. Customers receive tracking details immediately upon shipment, and every order is monitored until arrival. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on destination, and customers are responsible for all extra shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties. We handle the export paperwork to simplify the process, but the importing clinic must pay any applicable fees to their local customs authority. White-glove delivery and installation support can be arranged if additional setup assistance is required.
Warranty Coverage
Your investment is protected by a comprehensive warranty: 5 years on the main laser system and 1 year on all handpieces. This covers both parts and labor, with service handled through our U.S.-based repair center for fast turnaround. Clinics can also extend handpiece coverage at the time of purchase for added peace of mind. Our service team’s priority is minimizing downtime, so if your system requires repair, we work quickly to provide solutions — in many cases, loaner units can be arranged so you can continue treating patients without interruption.
Training & Support
Every ATP Max purchase includes a personalized onboarding session with one of our certified trainers, covering setup, safety procedures, and best practices for common conditions. In addition, you’ll receive lifetime access to our protocol library and a complete video training curriculum that can be used to train new staff or revisit advanced techniques.
